In the 5th play minute Nasko Lyondev came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pavlin Bogev. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gabriel Malezanov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benkovski Teteven's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Malezanov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Velichko Vlaev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nasko Lyondev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Malezanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Velichko Vlaev having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Benkovski Teteven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naycho Ruevski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Benkovski Teteven's Gabriel Malezanov got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 32ndth minute of the game Radostin Peshunov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Benkovski Teteven's Pavlin Bogev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute Gabriel Malezanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velichko Vlaev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Malezanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Velichko Vlaev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miro Karaganev went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

59 minutes into the match, Benkovski Teteven's goal looked a bit too open when Radostin Peshunov came free, but Pavlin Bogev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radostin Peshunov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Pavlin Bogev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Malezanov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Velichko Vlaev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pavlin Bogev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nasko Lyondev in the 73rd minute of play. Radostin Peshunov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Pavlin Bogev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CSKA Liljak's Nasko Lyondev got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute of the match, Miro Karaganev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Velichko Vlaev saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 88th minute Radostin Peshunov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlin Bogev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
