Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Miro Kalpakchiev made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Kamen Pitekov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hristo Glavinov. FC Seagulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kamen Pitekov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 7th play minute Kamen Pitekov came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hristo Glavinov. 2-0. 11 minutes into the game, FC Seagulls's Ventzislav Radoykov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Krastyo Machkanov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Kamen Pitekov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Seagulls's Hristo Glavinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miro Kalpakchiev in the 17th minute of play. Krastyo Machkanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velichko Kinchev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Zmejovo booed when FC Seagulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velichko Kinchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Marko Rapondzhiev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hristo Glavinov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kamen Pitekov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hristo Glavinov having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tzocho Tyanov to make the kick off. Hristo Glavinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miro Kalpakchiev in the 65th minute of play. Vitan Nikolchev hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Zmejovo's zone, Krasen Obreshkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krastyo Machkanov came out of the goal and Krasen Obreshkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Krastyo Machkanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velichko Kinchev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krastyo Machkanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velichko Kinchev in the 74th minute of play. With 76 minutes on the clock, Krum Niklenov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of FC Zmejovo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Seagulls:s goal. Krastyo Machkanov had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Krasen Obreshkov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ventzislav Radoykov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Krastyo Machkanov firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 85 played minutes Tzocho Tyanov rounded FC Zmejovo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-6. Hristo Glavinov came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Zmejovo's Marko Rapondzhiev. But to his dismay, Marko Rapondzhiev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-6. Velichko Kinchev's late challenge caught a FC Zmejovo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Velichko Kinchev helped the player get up and apologised. Velichko Kinchev hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Hristo Glavinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miro Kalpakchiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Seagulls walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
