In the 19th minute Alex de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Metodi Marev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kosta Kyulafliyski was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, FC Tikhomir's Kaloyan Taushanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Metodi Marev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex de Souza in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Metodi Marev saved CSKA Camilarul from getting behind. Stanimir Dlúgnekov struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Metodi Marev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tikhomir. When Stefan Karabozhikov came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC Tikhomir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Karabozhikov couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, one of CSKA Camilarul:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 76 minutes into the match, FC Tikhomir's goalkeeper Artur Borubar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Tzvetanov. In the 80th minute Stefan Karabozhikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Metodi Marev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
