The audience thought a goal was coming when Yane Tzapov got free with Dragolyub Langov in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Vesko Mednev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schveps's supporters rose to their feet, but Vesko Mednev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Penko Barenski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vesko Mednev in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Penko Barenski saved Zipo Team from getting behind. In the 25th match minute, Zipo Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toshko Baychinski to maneuver through the defense. If Vesko Mednev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Penko Barenski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vesko Mednev's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Vesko Mednev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Penko Barenski. Zipo Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vesko Mednev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Zipo Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Schveps were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vesko Mednev made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zipo Team's goalkeeper Penko Barenski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Schveps's Dragolyub Langov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yane Tzapov in the 56th minute of play. Penko Barenski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gergin Musev, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Dragolyub Langov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yane Tzapov in the 68th minute of play. Schveps's Dragolyub Langov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yane Tzapov in the 75th minute of play. Schveps's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
