Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Damyan Spaskov took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Damyan Spaskov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSKA Gradezh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Tenyo Asenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evgeni Tzaribashev, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Damyan Spaskov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. smotaniaci's Bocho Rochev got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CSKA Gradezh's zone, Evgeni Tzaribashev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tenyo Asenov came out of the goal and Evgeni Tzaribashev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evgeni Tzaribashev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Evgeni Tzaribashev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tenyo Asenov. CSKA Gradezh's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evgeni Tzaribashev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tzeno Chardakov hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Evgeni Tzaribashev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tenyo Asenov having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Bocho Rochev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tenyo Asenov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Radul Amiorkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Evgeni Tzaribashev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind smotaniaci's goalkeeper Georgi Rachin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bocho Rochev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 45 minutes, Evgeni Tzaribashev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. smotaniaci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evgeni Tzaribashev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

smotaniaci's Bocho Rochev was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. CSKA Gradezh's Tenyo Asenov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bocho Rochev in the 64th minute of play. Tenyo Asenov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bocho Rochev in the 67th minute of play. CSKA Gradezh's Tenyo Asenov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Gradezh from getting a goal against them. A collision led to CSKA Gradezh getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Dimcho Levenski hit a great ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Bocho Rochev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CSKA Gradezh's Tenyo Asenov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tenyo Asenov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anko Kosachev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damyan Spaskov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georgi Rachin having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, smotaniaci's goal looked a bit too open when Damyan Spaskov came free, but Georgi Rachin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damyan Spaskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The smotaniaci supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing smotaniaci would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
