An unexpectedly hard shot by Vute Koprinarov in the 9th minute of play forced Selkibuclhak's goalkeeper Spiridon Zagorski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Svetlozar Radonov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anatoli Stoichkov kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. CSKA Suiucuic's Svetlozar Radonov got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Tzvetoslav Achev sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and CSKA Suiucuic's Krasen Karchev didn't even have to move. After 19 minutes, Matey Temelyotev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Suiucuic and the Selkibuclhak players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CSKA Suiucuic's Matey Temelyotev got a free kick in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Petar Karakachanov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Suiucuic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Selkibuclhak the free kick. Gencho Dundov in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Krasen Karchev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Krasen Karchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stoyne Pechov in the 24th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Vute Koprinarov sped through Selkibuclhak's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Spiridon Zagorski. In the 35th minute, Vute Koprinarov made a precise shot to the right of Spiridon Zagorski. Selkibuclhak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Svetlozar Radonov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Selkibuclhak players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CSKA Suiucuic were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stoyne Pechov to make the kick off. Krasen Karchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencho Dundov in the 56th minute of play. After some careless play in the CSKA Suiucuic defense, Gencho Dundov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Krasen Karchev. The CSKA Suiucuic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Krasen Karchev should have stopped the shot. Stoyne Pechov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Krasen Karchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Svetoslav Gladichev's late challenge caught a Selkibuclhak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Svetoslav Gladichev helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CSKA Suiucuic! After 76 played minutes CSKA Suiucuic got a freekick which was hit by Vute Koprinarov. Selkibuclhak's Spiridon Zagorski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vute Koprinarov in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Selkibuclhak booed when CSKA Suiucuic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svetlozar Radonov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stoyne Pechov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Krasen Karchev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Krasen Karchev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stoyne Pechov's shot from short distance in the 100th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the CSKA Suiucuic players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Selkibuclhak.
