In the 8th minute Yanek Sergeev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raycho Tzolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Subin Gyupchanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simeon Dipchikov having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Balaban's Denimir Sungarski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simeon Dipchikov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stoyko Kunovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yanek Sergeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Slaveyko Koykov hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Yanek Sergeev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Balaban's goal looked a bit too open when Stoyko Kunovski came free, but Raycho Tzolov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Levent Gamizov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raycho Tzolov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanek Sergeev, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Balaban's goal looked a bit too open when Stoyko Kunovski came free, but Raycho Tzolov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Raycho Voykov in the 32nd minute really tested Simeon Dipchikov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 35th minute Yanek Sergeev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raycho Tzolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raycho Tzolov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stoyko Kunovski in the 38th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Yanek Sergeev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stisharow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoyko Kunovski in the 48th minute of play forced Balaban's goalkeeper Raycho Tzolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denimir Sungarski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Stisharow's Yanek Sergeev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Yanek Sergeev struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Raycho Tzolov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stisharow. The supporters of Balaban booed when Stisharow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mito Paleshutski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Balaban's Denimir Sungarski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simeon Dipchikov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Stisharow's Simeon Dipchikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denimir Sungarski in the 74th minute of play. Yanek Sergeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Balaban defense, Yanek Sergeev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raycho Tzolov. The Balaban fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raycho Tzolov should have stopped the shot. Stoyko Kunovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raycho Tzolov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoyko Kunovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yanek Sergeev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Raycho Tzolov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raycho Tzolov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stoyko Kunovski in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Yanek Sergeev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stisharow's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yanek Sergeev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Balaban's Raycho Tzolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stoyko Kunovski in the 95th minute of play. Yanek Sergeev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Raycho Tzolov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Stisharow could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Balaban throughout the match.
