After having played for 3 minutes, Velcho Teodosiev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Rakovski's supporters crossed their fingers, but Velcho Teodosiev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nedyalko Kúrnolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Bazil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nedyalko Kúrnolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musa Yaves in the 6th minute of play. Ignacy Prus was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Albert Yuliev capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albert Yuliev really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Kyupriya's zone, Musa Yaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nedyalko Kúrnolski came out of the goal and Musa Yaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nedyalko Kúrnolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Ruşdea in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Ruşdea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nedyalko Kúrnolski was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Ignacy Prus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yasen Subev in the 24th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Musa Yaves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kyupriya's Nedyalko Kúrnolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Kyupriya's goal looked a bit too open when Musa Yaves came free, but Nedyalko Kúrnolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Velcho Teodosiev came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Fc Rakovski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Velcho Teodosiev couldn't finish the play. Musa Yaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Ruşdea in the 37th minute of play forced Kyupriya's goalkeeper Nedyalko Kúrnolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xurdin Soria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nedyalko Kúrnolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Fc Rakovski's goal looked a bit too open when Yasen Subev came free, but Ignacy Prus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Fc Rakovski's Xurdin Soria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nedyalko Kúrnolski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nedyalko Kúrnolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurdin Soria, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Musa Yaves was the one to do the kick off. Velcho Teodosiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nedyalko Kúrnolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Ruşdea in the 55th minute. Albert Yuliev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignacy Prus. Fc Rakovski's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Fc Rakovski's goal looked a bit too open when Yasen Subev came free, but Ignacy Prus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Yasen Subev notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fc Rakovski's Ignacy Prus. Ignacy Prus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Musa Yaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Xurdin Soria came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Fc Rakovski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xurdin Soria couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Xurdin Soria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nedyalko Kúrnolski was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Gabriel Ruşdeas short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Nedyalko Kúrnolski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velcho Teodosiev in the 85th minute of play forced Kyupriya's goalkeeper Nedyalko Kúrnolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xurdin Soria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedyalko Kúrnolski having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Xurdin Soria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Kyupriya's Nedyalko Kúrnolski got control of the ball when Gabriel Ruşdea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kyupriya succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Fc Rakovski had controlled the match.
