Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Sliven FC's Ancho Ninov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Bezhanski in the 7th minute of play. Viden Nunev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Volodya Zelenkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iliyan Kúrpachev charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iliyan Kúrpachev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 15 minutes into the match, Gruncharovd's goal looked a bit too open when Volodya Zelenkov came free, but Viden Nunev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Acho Kertin might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ancho Ninov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Acho Kertin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Bezhanski in the 24th minute of play forced Sliven FC's goalkeeper Ancho Ninov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sliven FC's Kosta Debelyanov got a free kick in the 26th minute. Viden Nunev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Volodya Zelenkov's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Adam Bezhanski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ancho Ninov having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Sliven FC got a freekick which was hit by Kosta Debelyanov. In the 35th match minute, Sliven FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volodya Zelenkov to maneuver through the defense. Iliyan Kúrpachev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ancho Ninov. Sliven FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sliven FC's Dobri Parpulov got a free kick in the 37th minute. Adam Bezhanski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ancho Ninov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adam Bezhanski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acho Kertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ancho Ninov having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Volodya Zelenkov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Adam Bezhanski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The goalkeeper, Ancho Ninov, was totally fooled by Gruncharovd's Iliyan Kúrpachev, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Adam Bezhanski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svetlin Bitrakov kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Adam Bezhanski struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Ancho Ninov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gruncharovd. In the 77th minute Adam Bezhanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ancho Ninov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Gruncharovd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sliven FC throughout the match.
