Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delyan Gorolov started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Delyan Gorolov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With his leg Zahari Leshtarski managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Dolez's Beloslav Serbezov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Yonko Kirchev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elin Bachorski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Beloslav Serbezov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Zahari Leshtarski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dolez's Beloslav Serbezov got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Pleven PFC's Petko Radanov in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dolez's goalie prevented a goal. Petko Radanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Elin Bachorski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Pleven PFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Orlin Sitarski hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Dolez's Petyo Tochev broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Delyan Gorolov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zahari Leshtarski having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Yonko Kirchev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pleven PFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yonko Kirchev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elin Bachorski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Beloslav Serbezov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dolez's Yasen Kavlakov got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yonko Kirchev to strike the kick off in the second half. Orlin Sitarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Beloslav Serbezov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zahari Leshtarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 72nd minute, Petko Radanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Delyan Gorolov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pleven PFC's Zahari Leshtarski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Delyan Gorolov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Petko Radanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dolez were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pleven PFC for a fine match.
