The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Delyan Gorolov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dolez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delyan Gorolov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beloslav Serbezov in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Pushkov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Delyan Gorolov scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Pushkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Beloslav Serbezov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Pushkov having to interfere. Delyan Gorolov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lozan Geraskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Elin Bachorski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beloslav Serbezov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led Dolez's Petyo Tochev to fire away a dangerous shot which Emil Pushkov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Delyan Gorolov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Beloslav Serbezov came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Dolez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beloslav Serbezov couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Dolez's zone, Lozan Geraskov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elin Bachorski came out of the goal and Lozan Geraskov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Braschljan's goal looked a bit too open when Delyan Gorolov came free, but Emil Pushkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asparuh Butev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Asparuh Butev took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elin Bachorski. Elin Bachorski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Dolez booed when Braschljan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Momchil Stefanovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delyan Gorolov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Pushkov having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Braschljan's goalkeeper Emil Pushkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beloslav Serbezov. Delyan Gorolov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Emil Pushkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Braschljan's goal looked a bit too open when Delyan Gorolov came free, but Emil Pushkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Pushkov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beloslav Serbezov got free with Emil Pushkov in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vergil Yorgov hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Emil Pushkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delyan Gorolov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Arhangel Perenovski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Braschljan the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Dolez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arhangel Perenovski to maneuver through the defense. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Dolez's goalie and right to Momchil Stefanovski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Dolez's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Delyan Gorolov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th match minute, Braschljan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gyuro Isakov to maneuver through the defense. Vergil Yorgov took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elin Bachorski. Elin Bachorski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
