Spartak Pleven's Yonko Ranov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolay Sheremetov in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Vihren Nanovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Vihren Nanovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 66 played minutes, Wiewo's Omurtag Portalski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yonko Ranov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wiewo reached it. In the 72nd match minute, Wiewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dochko Ezekiev to maneuver through the defense. 0-4 became the score in the 78th minute when Vihren Nanovski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
