After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Vitan Gushterov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Millan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitan Gushterov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boyko Teofanov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Spanchov's goalkeeper Boyko Teofanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitan Gushterov. Rayko Borgovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kaloyan Vasov kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Vitan Gushterov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boyko Teofanov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Zhan Zagorchev kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Boyko Teofanov, was totally fooled by Millan FC's Gyuro Súrchadzhiev, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of Spanchov booed when Millan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bozhil Havov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Radul Kamarski in the 35th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Radoy Mazhdrakov's left hand side. Radoy Mazhdrakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaloyan Vasov, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Avgustin Mitushev kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svilen Garvalov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Millan FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Millan FC's Svilen Garvalov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Millan FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tzanko Tepeshanov hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Millan FC's zone, Rayko Borgovski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radoy Mazhdrakov came out of the goal and Rayko Borgovski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 minutes of play, Spanchov's Kaloyan Vasov made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoy Mazhdrakov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Radoy Mazhdrakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avgustin Mitushev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tzanko Tepeshanov's late challenge caught a Spanchov's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tzanko Tepeshanov helped the player get up and apologised. Kaloyan Vasov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rayko Borgovski struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Radoy Mazhdrakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spanchov. Boyko Teofanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svilen Garvalov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tzanko Tepeshanov got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The long shot by Radul Kamarski in the 94th minute really tested Radoy Mazhdrakov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Rayko Borgovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Millan FC had won after a very even match.
