Donyo Kirovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valko Ampov in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Radomir Kupenov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Todor Strumin was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Radomir Kupenov managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOTEV PLOVDIV's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomir Kupenov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Todor Strumin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Radomir Kupenov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blagovest Boishin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Todor Strumin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Todor Strumin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Kupenov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asen Kezhov's late challenge caught a BOTEV PLOVDIV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asen Kezhov helped the player get up and apologised. Asen Kezhov hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Pancho Yotzov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Donyo Kirovski made a huge save. Donyo Kirovski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. A throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game was made by Teofan Tzonov with Pancho Yotzov as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Tenyo Tzaykov fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOTEV PLOVDIV's protests and gave Tenyo Tzaykov a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BOTEV PLOVDIV! In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ReLaXbg's goalkeeper Todor Strumin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ReLaXbg were victorious despite being under pressure from BOTEV PLOVDIV for much of the match.
