Tervel Rikov was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Yordan Bozadzhiyski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yordan Bozadzhiyski really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mladen Chakov during the 5th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dragolyub Kaldarúmov couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Hasanfaca's Kosta Katanov broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nesho Yachkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasil Shopov in the 17th minute of play. Hasanfaca's Nesho Yachkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragolyub Kaldarúmov in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Vasil Shopov made a precise shot to the right of Nesho Yachkov. Hasanfaca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Tervel Rikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darin Kúdrev, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When ELİT's Vasil Shopov in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hasanfaca's goalie prevented a goal. The referee ignored ELİT's protests and gave Panayot Narev a yellow card for diving instead. Panayot Narev hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Yordan Bozadzhiyski struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Tervel Rikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hasanfaca. When Zhecho Kyulavski fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ELİT's protests and gave Zhecho Kyulavski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Zhecho Kyulavski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Darin Kúdrev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hasanfaca's supporters rose to their feet, but Darin Kúdrev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tervel Rikov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tervel Rikov was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Darin Kúdrev capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Darin Kúdrev really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Darin Kúdrev made a kick off. Hasanfaca's Nesho Yachkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Hasanfaca from getting a goal against them. Tervel Rikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yordan Bozadzhiyski, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Yordan Bozadzhiyski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tervel Rikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darin Kúdrev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tervel Rikov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darin Kúdrev's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute Radko Dankin suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 74 minutes into the game, Stoyne Pemov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ELİT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hasanfaca the free kick. The supporters of Hasanfaca booed when ELİT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stoyne Pemov didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yordan Bozadzhiyski in the 76th minute of play forced ELİT's goalkeeper Tervel Rikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ELİT's zone, Yordan Bozadzhiyski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tervel Rikov came out of the goal and Yordan Bozadzhiyski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikola Hadzhiperev's late challenge caught a ELİT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikola Hadzhiperev helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ELİT booed when Hasanfaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikola Hadzhiperev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nikola Hadzhiperev kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, ELİT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bratan Teodorov to maneuver through the defense. Tervel Rikov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yordan Bozadzhiyski in the 96th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Darin Kúdrev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hasanfaca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. ELİT's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
