Lilko Miletiev kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dimo Dabchev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sofia City's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimo Dabchev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yoncho Sokachev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Yoncho Sokachev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tzeko Harmandzhiev in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Slatowrach's goal looked a bit too open when Dimo Dabchev came free, but Yoncho Sokachev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slatowrach's Yoncho Sokachev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tzeko Harmandzhiev in the 67th minute of play. If Denimir Trúnkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slatowrach's Yoncho Sokachev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tzeko Harmandzhiev in the 76th minute of play. Yoncho Sokachev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tzeko Harmandzhiev in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sofia City's goalkeeper Chavdar Nikolov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tzeko Harmandzhiev came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sofia City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tzeko Harmandzhiev couldn't finish the play. If Dimo Dabchev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tzeko Harmandzhiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yoncho Sokachev having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sofia City had won after a very even match.
