With an all-out effort, Suyutliyka's Tzeno Dzhadzhev threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Spiro Kamenarski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lilko Stanoykov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Tzeno Dzhadzhev made a huge save. Boycho Vúlchov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristiyan Krantov in the 19th minute of the match. If Nikola Izov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Sokoliza got a freekick which was hit by Yakim Chapalov. Lilko Stanoykov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tzeno Dzhadzhev came out and tried to block the shot, but Lilko Stanoykov slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 26th minute. Tzeno Dzhadzhev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lilko Stanoykov, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Boycho Vúlchov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evrosi Vironov in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Spiro Kamenarski got free with Tzeno Dzhadzhev in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Suyutliyka booed when Sokoliza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rashko Rúsin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sokoliza's zone, Spiro Kamenarski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzeno Dzhadzhev came out of the goal and Spiro Kamenarski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Evrosi Vironov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suyutliyka's Boycho Vúlchov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristiyan Krantov in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kristiyan Krantov to strike the kick off in the second half. 1-2 became the score in the 52nd minute when Kristiyan Krantov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Suyutliyka's Boycho Vúlchov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Suyutliyka from getting a goal against them. Nikola Izov took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tzeno Dzhadzhev. Tzeno Dzhadzhev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The Sokoliza players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Suyutliyka from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
