After 27 minutes, Dragolyub Vankov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Marafta and the Manchester City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CSKA Marafta's Dragolyub Vankov got a free kick in the 27th minute. Hristiyan Musev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yanko Ahmakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spas Yuliev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Birov in the 31st minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yanko Ahmakov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
