In the 3rd minute, Botyo Hantov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's goalkeeper Goran Maystorov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Branimir Stoin. Goran Maystorov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatin Halembakov in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's Chudomir Kertin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danail Nanev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Tornado's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zlatin Halembakov 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Danail Nanev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Botyo Hantov in the 16th minute of play. Botyo Hantov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Danail Nanev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Botyo Hantov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Goran Maystorov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 26 minutes into the match, FC Tornado's goalkeeper Goran Maystorov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Branimir Stoin. Branimir Stoin struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Goran Maystorov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Yurukovo. After 29 played minutes FC Tornado got a freekick which was hit by Anko Mushanov. The supporters of FC Yurukovo booed when FC Tornado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Politov didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Zlatin Halembakov came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the FC Yurukovo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zlatin Halembakov couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Zlatin Halembakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goran Maystorov having to interfere. Zhelyo Shutilov's late challenge caught a FC Tornado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zhelyo Shutilov helped the player get up and apologised. 53 minutes into the game, one of FC Yurukovo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragolyub Payakov in the 56th minute of play forced FC Tornado's goalkeeper Goran Maystorov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marin Politov kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Danail Nanev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Botyo Hantov in the 60th minute. Botyo Hantov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Tornado booed when FC Yurukovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trayko Mrúnkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danail Nanev didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Danail Nanev made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Botyo Hantov sent off a good shot on target. The FC Yurukovo players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
