Spectators: 7608 (Terracing: 5707, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 151) An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Stranchanski in the 7th minute of play forced FC kapiata's goalkeeper Yanaki Vetzkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stavri Porodinski hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Vute Palagachev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC kapiata's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSKA Kovachitsa the free kick. In the 16th match minute, FC kapiata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vute Palagachev to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, CSKA Kovachitsa's Tzonyo Pironkov tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Stefan Belorechki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yanaki Vetzkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Belorechki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Stefan Belorechki managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Kovachitsa's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefan Belorechki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yanaki Vetzkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, FC kapiata's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Stranchanski came free, but Yanaki Vetzkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Apostol Rusinov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSKA Kovachitsa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zheko Panayotov during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CSKA Kovachitsa booed when FC kapiata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zheko Panayotov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stefan Belorechki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Yanaki Vetzkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Stranchanski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Yanaki Vetzkov 57 minutes into the match. Yanaki Vetzkov made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Stefan Belorechki sent off a good shot on target. If Samuil Popnikolov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Gabriel Stranchanski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Samuil Popnikolov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tzeno Kashchiev was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tzeno Kashchiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuil Popnikolov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes FC kapiata's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tzonyo Pironkov who took care of the corner kick. Stefan Belorechki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Yanaki Vetzkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, CSKA Kovachitsa's Tzonyo Pironkov tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Stefan Belorechki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Yanaki Vetzkov made a huge save. When the match was over CSKA Kovachitsa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC kapiata throughout the match.
