After 45 played minutes Lovindal got a freekick which was hit by Teodor Andonov. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valcho Kaydzhiev made a kick off. Pencho Hitrov's late challenge caught a Lovindal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pencho Hitrov helped the player get up and apologised. Pencho Hitrov hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, CSKA Skrvena's Nano Bozukov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raycho Kirkorov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Lovindal defense, Nano Bozukov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raycho Kirkorov. The Lovindal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raycho Kirkorov should have stopped the shot. Valcho Kaydzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute.
