Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iskren Gyumyushev took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vanyo Shekerdzhiev in the 5th minute of play forced Sabundzhilar's goalkeeper Branimir Tzutzekov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vanyo Shekerdzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 minutes, Iskren Gyumyushev made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. CSKA Zwetkowzi's Tzeko Popyordanov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Branimir Tzutzekov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svetlan Andonov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tzeko Popyordanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iskren Gyumyushev in the 29th minute of the match. Aleko Dremsizov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tzeko Popyordanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Branimir Tzutzekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vanyo Shekerdzhiev in the 35th minute of play. Nayden Kalpakchiev's late challenge caught a Sabundzhilar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nayden Kalpakchiev helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ginyo Patronev got free with Tzeko Popyordanov in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tzeko Popyordanov made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ginyo Patronev sent off a good shot on target. If Ginyo Patronev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, Sabundzhilar's goal looked a bit too open when Vanyo Shekerdzhiev came free, but Branimir Tzutzekov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 53 minutes, Ginyo Patronev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sabundzhilar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ginyo Patronev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iskren Gyumyushev in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tzeko Popyordanov saved CSKA Zwetkowzi from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, CSKA Zwetkowzi's goal looked a bit too open when Iskren Gyumyushev came free, but Tzeko Popyordanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 played minutes CSKA Zwetkowzi got a freekick which was hit by Svetlan Andonov. Tzeko Popyordanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iskren Gyumyushev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apostol Hubanov during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Apostol Hubanov hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Ginyo Patronev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iskren Gyumyushev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Tzeko Popyordanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ginyo Patronev came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Sabundzhilar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ginyo Patronev couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Ginyo Patronev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabundzhilar's supporters rose to their feet, but Ginyo Patronev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tzeko Popyordanov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ginyo Patronev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tzeko Popyordanov having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, CSKA Zwetkowzi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nayden Kalpakchiev to maneuver through the defense. CSKA Zwetkowzi's Tzeko Popyordanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iskren Gyumyushev in the 98th minute of play. Sabundzhilar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
