Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zhecho Sotirov to make the kick off. Acho Grechenliev hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Zheko Fasulkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhecho Sotirov's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Zheko Fasulkov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Haralampi Yotovski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 54 minute of play. Zhecho Sotirov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zheko Fasulkov having to make a save. 62 minutes into the match, Dimcho Tzilev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zheko Fasulkov. CSKA Pliskov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhecho Sotirov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zhecho Sotirov came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the CSKA Pliskov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhecho Sotirov couldn't finish the play. CSKA Pliskov played a much better game than ФК Страничен ефект and deserved their victory. The ФК Страничен ефект players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
