The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Metodi Totin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Osman Öztimur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denko Kamishev in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veselin Nastev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Metodi Totin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Metodi Totin succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Veselin Nastev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denko Kamishev's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. When АС-23's Denko Kamishev in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BigMag's goalie prevented a goal. Tomasz Wierzbicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Veselin Nastev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veselin Nastev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denko Kamishev's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes of play BigMag's Yoto Kiranov was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to BigMag getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Yoto Kiranov hit a great ball. Tomasz Wierzbicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radko Súrchadzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sava Menev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomasz Wierzbicki might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Veselin Nastev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Wierzbicki ran back to his position shaking his head. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Tomasz Wierzbicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veselin Nastev having to interfere. When Tomasz Wierzbicki came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the АС-23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomasz Wierzbicki couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in BigMag's zone, Denko Kamishev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veselin Nastev came out of the goal and Denko Kamishev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Wierzbicki in the 77th minute of play forced BigMag's goalkeeper Veselin Nastev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ancho Nekov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Osman Öztimur having to interfere. After 82 played minutes АС-23 got a freekick which was hit by Hristofor Gashevski. Feliks Prosowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Veselin Nastev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marin Kukev kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
