Anani Evgeniev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Velizar Svrakov might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Borimir Kirkorov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Velizar Svrakov ran back to his position shaking his head. Anani Evgeniev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Borimir Kirkorov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zhecho Despotov was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Iliya Kachulev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanimir Lashev in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Krusare's goalkeeper Borimir Kirkorov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viden Musev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Zhecho Despotov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zhecho Despotov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chudomir Stefchov in the 26th minute of play. Ivo Alamanchev's late challenge caught a Montana United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivo Alamanchev helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes FC Krusare got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Alamanchev. Chudomir Stefchovs short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Zhecho Despotov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vancho Konev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anani Evgeniev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borimir Kirkorov having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Viden Musev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zhecho Despotov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 56th minute, Vihren Gaydarski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Krusare getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Bogomil Chalyovski hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Montana United's Huben Galchev in action when he in the 65th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After some careless play in the Montana United defense, Viden Musev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zhecho Despotov. The Montana United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhecho Despotov should have stopped the shot. Vancho Konev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zhecho Despotov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chudomir Stefchov, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Iliya Kachulev charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iliya Kachulev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iliya Kachulev kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Anani Evgeniev fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vancho Konev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vancho Konev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Borimir Kirkorov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
