After having played for 20 minutes, Zlatko Kaloyanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Real Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zlatko Kaloyanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Penko Andreev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mincho Karamarinov having to interfere. Bozhko Tenekedzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Bozhko Tenekedzhiev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mincho Karamarinov. Dobrevo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bozhko Tenekedzhiev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bozhko Tenekedzhiev to strike the kick off in the second half. After 63 played minutes FC Real Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Bozhko Tenekedzhiev. Bozhko Tenekedzhiev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mincho Karamarinov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Mincho Karamarinov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bozhko Tenekedzhiev came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the FC Real Madrid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bozhko Tenekedzhiev couldn't finish the play. Dobrevo's Mincho Karamarinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bozhko Tenekedzhiev in the 70th minute of play. Mincho Karamarinov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bozhko Tenekedzhiev's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Stoyne Videnov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mincho Karamarinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhko Tenekedzhiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mincho Karamarinov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Penko Andreev's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Bozhko Tenekedzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Mincho Karamarinov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Bozhko Tenekedzhiev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stoyne Videnov took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mincho Karamarinov. Mincho Karamarinov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 95th minute Bozhko Tenekedzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mincho Karamarinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Penko Andreev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mincho Karamarinov having to interfere. When the match was over FC Real Madrid could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dobrevo throughout the match.
