Tzonyo Shirkov kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Velichko Malev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Tryebich's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Lyakhovo the free kick. After 41 played minutes CSKA Tryebich got a freekick which was hit by Velichko Malev. After recieving a nice pass, FC Lyakhovo's Adam Petrichev tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elin Sarafski got free with Filcho Getzov in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Radostin Koprivlenski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valkan Dungarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elin Sarafski to make the kick off. Samuil Bachiyski charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuil Bachiyski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elin Sarafski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filcho Getzov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play.
