The referee ignored Peshakovo's protests and gave Vencho Chokoev a yellow card for diving instead. When Stoimen Haralambiev came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the ПФК БОТЕВ ПЛОВДИВ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stoimen Haralambiev couldn't finish the play. Zahari Dungarov's late challenge caught a Peshakovo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zahari Dungarov helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, ПФК БОТЕВ ПЛОВДИВ's Zahari Dungarov got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzman Danchev in the 26th minute of play forced ПФК БОТЕВ ПЛОВДИВ's goalkeeper Nikifor Panagonov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Peshakovo booed when ПФК БОТЕВ ПЛОВДИВ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zahari Dungarov didn't get a good kick on the ball.
