In the 4th match minute, SEPTEMBER WARRIORS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tihomir Koshtrov to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Panayot Kerkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Vencho Tzotzorkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivo Kutev. SEPTEMBER WARRIORS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vencho Tzotzorkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Hristofor Ambov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivo Kutev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Milenov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Igor Topchiev managed to get in a good position for a shot. SEPTEMBER WARRIORS's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Topchiev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sokol Kúrshev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hristofor Ambov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sokol Kúrshev having to interfere. Igor Topchiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SEPTEMBER WARRIORS's Ivo Kutev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuil Manikatov in the 41st minute of play. After 44 minutes, Vencho Tzotzorkov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Kurshalevo and the SEPTEMBER WARRIORS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes CSKA Kurshalevo got a freekick which was hit by Vencho Tzotzorkov. After having played for 47 minutes, Panayot Kerkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSKA Kurshalevo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panayot Kerkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Topchiev was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes CSKA Kurshalevo got a freekick which was hit by Albert Milenov. In the 53rd minute SEPTEMBER WARRIORS were awarded a corner. Stoimen Bizhev went to the cornerflag to take it. If Igor Topchiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Albert Milenov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Kutev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Igor Topchiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivo Kutev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Milenov in the 77th minute of play. Panayot Kerkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albert Milenov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Panayot Kerkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSKA Kurshalevo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panayot Kerkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panayot Kerkov in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivo Kutev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, SEPTEMBER WARRIORS's Tihomir Koshtrov got a free kick in the 90th minute. Vencho Tzotzorkov struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ivo Kutev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Kurshalevo. If Panayot Kerkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
