Куките's Antoni Chonkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svetlin Istatkov in the 15th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Chupacabra Plovdiv got a freekick which was hit by Teofan Torbov. After 41 played minutes, Куките's Rafail Domovchiyski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Trendafil Radinski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Куките reached it. Antoni Chonkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svetlin Istatkov's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 51 minutes, Totyo Karaivanov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chupacabra Plovdiv and the Куките players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miro Terziyanov in the 57th minute of play forced Chupacabra Plovdiv's goalkeeper Trendafil Radinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Daniel Skrobanski came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Chupacabra Plovdiv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Skrobanski couldn't finish the play. Omurtag Masov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Antoni Chonkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Skrobanski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes Куките got a freekick which was hit by Radul Pushnikov. After 73 played minutes Куките got a freekick which was hit by Andrey Madin. The supporters of Куките booed when Chupacabra Plovdiv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slavyan Nazarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Miro Terziyanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Куките's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Omurtag Masov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 82nd minute, Omurtag Masov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antoni Chonkov was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Omurtag Masov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chupacabra Plovdiv's supporters rose to their feet, but Omurtag Masov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antoni Chonkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Куките's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Skrobanski came free, but Antoni Chonkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Miro Terziyanov notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Chupacabra Plovdiv's Trendafil Radinski. Trendafil Radinski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
