Florian Mentus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Maslenkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Zagorka's Rafail Sharov got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, FC Zagorka's goalkeeper Florian Mentus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stoimen Dukadinov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bozhin Parpulov in the 34th minute of play forced BOTEV TRUSHLEVO's goalkeeper Dragolyub Púrlichev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, FC Zagorka's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Filip Kúrdzhiev fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, FC Zagorka's Florian Mentus got control of the ball when Filip Kúrdzhiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the BOTEV TRUSHLEVO defense, Stoycho Tzalev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dragolyub Púrlichev. The BOTEV TRUSHLEVO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dragolyub Púrlichev should have stopped the shot. Florian Mentus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nayden Vrachev in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, FC Zagorka's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantin Maslenkov came free, but Florian Mentus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BOTEV TRUSHLEVO's Dragolyub Púrlichev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bozhin Parpulov in the 81st minute of play. When Filip Kúrdzhiev came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the BOTEV TRUSHLEVO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Kúrdzhiev couldn't finish the play. Despite being the better team, BOTEV TRUSHLEVO failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
