Doychin Chenkov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 28 played minutes, Voluyak's Pencho Mudrov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Doychin Chenkov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Voluyak reached it. 30 minutes into the game, Encho Burov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. sokolite varna FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Voluyak the free kick. Encho Burov kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in sokolite varna FC's zone, Stoyne Rezashki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doychin Chenkov came out of the goal and Stoyne Rezashki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Voluyak's goalkeeper Dragan Shipchanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sokol Bogatev. 45 minutes into the match, Trayan Shkutov notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of sokolite varna FC's Doychin Chenkov. Doychin Chenkov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sokol Bogatev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Voluyak's Pencho Mudrov got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, Slavey Dzhordzhev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Voluyak got a freekick which was hit by Lyuben Kraev. After 63 minutes, Lyuben Kraev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Voluyak and the sokolite varna FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lyuben Kraev kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Dragan Shipchanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sokol Bogatev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Encho Burov came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the sokolite varna FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Encho Burov couldn't finish the play. Lyuben Kraev struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Doychin Chenkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Voluyak. The audience was convinced that Lyuben Kraev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doychin Chenkov was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 81 minutes into the match, sokolite varna FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stoyne Rezashki came free, but Doychin Chenkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slavey Dzhordzhev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stoyne Rezashki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Doychin Chenkov made a huge save. After having played for 92 minutes, Lyuben Kraev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voluyak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lyuben Kraev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Stoyne Rezashki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
