Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bogomil Toshev started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, FC Batanovtzi's Vencho Doganov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vencho Doganov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Batanovtzi protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vencho Doganov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Nenko Sungarski hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. FC Discovery team's Evstati Karamanchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavyan Yotzev in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of FC Discovery team booed when FC Batanovtzi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evtim Malchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Slavyan Yotzev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Evstati Karamanchev. The goal made the score 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Nenko Sungarski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Discovery team's supporters rose to their feet, but Nenko Sungarski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Volodya Bochev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Discovery team's Evstati Karamanchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavyan Yotzev in the 32nd minute of play. Evtim Malchev kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Denimir Hadzhiminev kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Slavyan Yotzev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Slavyan Yotzev to make the kick off. Bogomil Toshev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volodya Bochev having to interfere. Nenko Sungarski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 58thth minute of the game Slavyan Yotzev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Discovery team's Evstati Karamanchev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evstati Karamanchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stoyadin Godinov, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoyadin Godinov in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Discovery team's goalkeeper Evstati Karamanchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Detelin Trúpkov hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Evtim Bradinski charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evtim Bradinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Discovery team booed when FC Batanovtzi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evtim Bradinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bogomil Toshev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stoyadin Godinov took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evstati Karamanchev. Evstati Karamanchev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 76 played minutes FC Batanovtzi got a freekick which was hit by Denimir Hadzhiminev. With a little luck, FC Batanovtzi's Volodya Bochev got control of the ball when Nenko Sungarski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Nenko Sungarski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Discovery team's supporters rose to their feet, but Nenko Sungarski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a rather tough play, FC Discovery team's Daniel Nemtzov got a free kick in the 86th minute. Volodya Bochev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nenko Sungarski in the 94th minute. After 94 played minutes FC Batanovtzi got a freekick which was hit by Evtim Malchev. Nenko Sungarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Batanovtzi's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
