The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mavrudi Dichev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. After 8 minutes, Strahil Drashkov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MONOPOLA and the Yavashkioy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Strahil Drashkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mavrudi Dichev got free with Mladen Izvorski in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stavri Bitolski charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stavri Bitolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Stavri Bitolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grisha Vúrlakov, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Svilen Kavlakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svilen Kavlakov in the 43rd minute of play forced MONOPOLA's goalkeeper Stiliyan Vakrilov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Svilen Kavlakov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stiliyan Vakrilov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The MONOPOLA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yavashkioy were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svilen Kavlakov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mavrudi Dichev in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mladen Izvorski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 57 in the game by Vencho Kutov from a close distance when the talented Stiliyan Vakrilov managed to make a qualified save. MONOPOLA's players were relieved. In the 60th minute, Vencho Kutov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stiliyan Vakrilov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Kalin Mladenov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stiliyan Vakrilov came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Yavashkioy's Vencho Kutov. But to his dismay, Vencho Kutov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Yavashkioy's Rumen Gurgov got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Stiliyan Vakrilov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Svilen Kavlakov in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Svilen Kavlakov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stiliyan Vakrilov. The goal made the score 0-5. Rumen Gurgov kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Stiliyan Vakrilov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svilen Kavlakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stiliyan Vakrilov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vencho Kutov in the 92nd minute. Stiliyan Vakrilov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svilen Kavlakov in the 93rd minute of the match. The MONOPOLA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yavashkioy's performance. The match ended with a win for Yavashkioy.
