Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Slavyan Yotzev started the match with the kick off. Mladen Izvorski made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Stoyadin Godinov sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute, FC Batanovtzi's Slavyan Yotzev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Vencho Kutov kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match Detelin Matakiev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mladen Izvorski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 13 in the game by Stoyadin Godinov from a close distance when the talented Mladen Izvorski managed to make a qualified save. Yavashkioy's players were relieved. In the 15th match minute, Yavashkioy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidyo Yachev to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Rumen Gurgov notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Batanovtzi's Volodya Bochev. Volodya Bochev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mladen Izvorski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stoyadin Godinov in the 23rd minute. Stoyadin Godinov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Mladen Izvorski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vencho Kutov in the 27th minute of play forced FC Batanovtzi's goalkeeper Volodya Bochev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Vencho Kutov made a precise shot to the right of Volodya Bochev. FC Batanovtzi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 36th minute Vencho Kutov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volodya Bochev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Volodya Bochev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vencho Kutov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Slavyan Yotzev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Svilen Kavlakov made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Svilen Kavlakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volodya Bochev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svilen Kavlakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Volodya Bochev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Volodya Bochev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svilen Kavlakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stoyadin Godinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mladen Izvorski having to interfere. Volodya Bochev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svilen Kavlakov in the 62nd minute of play. Mladen Izvorski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoyadin Godinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Yavashkioy's goal looked a bit too open when Slavyan Yotzev came free, but Mladen Izvorski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68thth minute of the game Stoyadin Godinov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yavashkioy's Mladen Izvorski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Batanovtzi's Volodya Bochev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save FC Batanovtzi from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Batanovtzi's Nacho Mechkarski got a free kick in the 74th minute. Svilen Kavlakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volodya Bochev having to interfere. Evtim Bradinski charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evtim Bradinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evtim Bradinski hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Stoyadin Godinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mladen Izvorski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Svilen Kavlakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yavashkioy were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over FC Batanovtzi's much stronger midfield.
