The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 54th minute, Kalin Nedanov fired a really elegant long shot, but Dariusz Miazga threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Avgust Shtiliyanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rumen Engibarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes, Ginyo Noninski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tankovo and the ФК АРДА Рибново players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dariusz Miazga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
