Presiyan Morchev started the match with the kick off. Manol Kútev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lyubcho Kisev's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Anastas Tzilev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Presiyan Chachev in the 12th minute of play forced CSKA Sofia's goalkeeper Manol Kútev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Papazli's Prodan Damyanski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Papazli from getting a goal against them. Anastas Tzilev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manol Kútev having to interfere. When Papazli's Valkan Karagogov in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 32nd minute, Valkan Karagogov made a precise shot to the right of Manol Kútev. CSKA Sofia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Valkan Karagogov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papazli's supporters rose to their feet, but Valkan Karagogov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manol Kútev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Papazli's Prodan Damyanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Presiyan Morchev in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Manol Kútev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastas Tzilev, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Lyubcho Kisev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Manol Kútev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Presiyan Morchev notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Papazli's Prodan Damyanski. Prodan Damyanski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 67 minutes of play, Papazli's Valkan Karagogov made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manol Kútev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valkan Karagogov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Manol Kútev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prodan Damyanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panayot Mednikarov in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Valkan Karagogov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Valkan Karagogov came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Papazli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valkan Karagogov couldn't finish the play. Yanko Deliyski kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, CSKA Sofia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delcho Karapandzhiev to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th match minute Lyubcho Kisev ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Manol Kútev. 1-3. Presiyan Morchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, Papazli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosi Shipkov to maneuver through the defense. Lyubcho Kisev struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Manol Kútev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papazli. When Anastas Tzilev came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Papazli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastas Tzilev couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute of the match, Valkan Karagogov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Manol Kútev was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
