But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prodan Púkov couldn't finish the play. In the 19thth minute of the game Anton Babinov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ФК АРДА Рибново's Dariusz Miazga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prodan Púkov in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dariusz Miazga saved ФК АРДА Рибново from getting behind. Dariusz Miazga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Babinov in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mladinowo's zone, Volodya Datzov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zhecho Strandzhev came out of the goal and Volodya Datzov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zhecho Strandzhev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Volodya Datzov in the 36th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Svetlozar Kúdrinov put in a rough tackle. In the 37th minute, one of Mladinowo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mladinowo. Mladinowo:s Zhecho Strandzhev showed great skill when he stopped Prokopi Bitolski:s penalty. 42 minutes into the match, Mladinowo's goal looked a bit too open when Rumen Engibarov came free, but Zhecho Strandzhev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Lulcho Ambarev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dariusz Miazga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rumen Engibarov made a kick off.
