Spectators: 6809 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kuzman Grigoriev made the kick off which started today's match. If Petyo Yarichkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuzman Grigoriev in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rostislav Egorov saved Juppiter from getting behind. When Petyo Yarichkov came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Juppiter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petyo Yarichkov couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Tervel Maevski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Kuzman Grigoriev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rostislav Egorov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuil Charúkchiev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tervel Maevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, Juppiter's Stoyko Balevski got a free kick in the 27th minute. Tervel Maevski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Samuil Charúkchiev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Petyo Yarichkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 39 minutes, Tervel Maevski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juppiter's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tervel Maevski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Petyo Yarichkov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juppiter's supporters rose to their feet, but Petyo Yarichkov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuil Charúkchiev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tervel Maevski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuzman Grigoriev in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rostislav Egorov saved Juppiter from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Kuzman Grigoriev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rostislav Egorov. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. FC Levski Sofia's Samuil Charúkchiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petyo Yarichkov in the 63rd minute of play. Dencho Aladzhov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rostislav Egorov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Yanislav Gerdzhikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dencho Aladzhov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostislav Egorov having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Velichko Izmirliev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Levski Sofia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juppiter the free kick. Dencho Aladzhov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rostislav Egorov firmly grabbed it by the left post. The FC Levski Sofia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Levski Sofia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
