Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Kuzman Grigoriev started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th match minute, Zwetewo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dilyan Stankev to maneuver through the defense. Kalin Geshev hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Stoycho Lesidrenski, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Samuil Charúkchiev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dilyan Stankev went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dencho Aladzhov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Zhivko Yolovski made a huge save. Dilyan Stankev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Samuil Charúkchiev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Kuzman Grigoriev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Levski Sofia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuzman Grigoriev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuil Charúkchiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iliyan Tabakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dilyan Stankev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Dencho Aladzhov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Levski Sofia's supporters rose to their feet, but Dencho Aladzhov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zhivko Yolovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Trayko Gorolov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuil Charúkchiev having to interfere. If Dencho Aladzhov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zhivko Yolovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzman Grigoriev in the 62nd minute of play. Zhivko Yolovski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dencho Aladzhov went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Zhivko Yolovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dencho Aladzhov, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Trayko Gorolov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuil Charúkchiev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trayko Gorolov in the 80th minute of the match. Dencho Durin kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Matey Mutishev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuil Charúkchiev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 88th match minute, FC Levski Sofia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavril Klisarov to maneuver through the defense. After 90 played minutes FC Levski Sofia got a freekick which was hit by Levent Presolski. In the 91st minute, Dilyan Stankev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Levski Sofia's Samuil Charúkchiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trayko Gorolov in the 93rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Levski Sofia's zone, Dilyan Stankev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuil Charúkchiev came out of the goal and Dilyan Stankev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
