The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Juppiter's goal looked a bit too open when Simeon Bukarev came free, but Rostislav Egorov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petyo Yarichkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dencho Dzhotev having to interfere. Rostislav Egorov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sokol Sinapov's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Kiril Vrazhalski hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Toni Trendafilov hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Juppiter's Alexey Drinov got a free kick in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the Juppiter defense, Simeon Bukarev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rostislav Egorov. The Juppiter fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rostislav Egorov should have stopped the shot. Petyo Yarichkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Juppiter's Veliko Pandov got a free kick in the 34th minute. Simeon Bukarev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostislav Egorov having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Juppiter's zone, Simeon Bukarev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rostislav Egorov came out of the goal and Simeon Bukarev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Juppiter getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Veliko Pandov hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Toni Trendafilov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Juppiter's Rostislav Egorov didn't even have to move. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tervel Maevski made the kick off in the second half. Sokol Sinapov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sokol Sinapov in the 58th minute of play forced Juppiter's goalkeeper Rostislav Egorov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Simeon Bukarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sokol Sinapov in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rostislav Egorov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simeon Bukarev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sokol Sinapov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yanislav Gerdzhikov hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Sokol Sinapov rounded Juppiter's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. Sokol Sinapov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostislav Egorov having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Simeon Bukarev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 90 minutes, Stoyko Balevski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juppiter and the Beroe SZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Simeon Bukarev in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rostislav Egorov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 0-3 became the score in the 94th minute when Simeon Bukarev elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
