In the 9th minute, Red Machines's Nedelcho Gudzhulov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 12 minutes, Dimitar Stanev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE RED STARS and the Red Machines players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to THE RED STARS getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dimitar Stanev hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Nedelcho Gudzhulov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvio Kusko. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Silvio Kusko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nedelcho Gudzhulov in the 21st minute. Nedelcho Gudzhulov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Silvio Kusko made a huge save. Toni Viktorov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Kusko having to interfere. Silvio Kusko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nedelcho Gudzhulov's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 34 minutes into the match, THE RED STARS's goal looked a bit too open when Nedelcho Gudzhulov came free, but Silvio Kusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nedelcho Gudzhulovs short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Silvio Kusko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nedelcho Gudzhulov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Silvio Kusko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Toni Viktorov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Kusko was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After having played for 44 minutes, Nedelcho Gudzhulov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Machines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nedelcho Gudzhulov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nedelcho Gudzhulov made a kick off. Silvio Kusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avgustin Radlov, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Nedelcho Gudzhulov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Kusko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes, Nedelcho Gudzhulov made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. THE RED STARS's Silvio Kusko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Silvio Kusko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nedelcho Gudzhulov's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Silvio Kusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedelcho Gudzhulov, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nedelcho Gudzhulov in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Kusko saved THE RED STARS from getting behind. Doychin Tyutyundzhiev kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Red Machines made a substitution. Stoyo Kilyovski replaced Stancho Yashev. After 76 played minutes THE RED STARS got a freekick which was hit by Doychin Tyutyundzhiev. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nedelcho Gudzhulov in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Kusko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Nedelcho Gudzhulov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Kusko was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. When Nedelcho Gudzhulov, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 87 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Silvio Kusko was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Red Machines got a freekick which was hit by Dragan Panayotov. After some careless play in the THE RED STARS defense, Dragan Panayotov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvio Kusko. The THE RED STARS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvio Kusko should have stopped the shot. Red Machines's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
