Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Yanaki Perev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Leeds U. booed when FC Kounino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaklin Chohadzhiev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antoni Abrashev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Violet Dormishev in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Mircho Púrlev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyuben Maymarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyuben Maymarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mircho Púrlev in the 38th minute of the match. Violet Dormishev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Antoni Abrashev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zdravko Kilyovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Violet Dormishev in the 47th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Antoni Abrashev kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mircho Púrlev was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zdravko Kilyovski in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antoni Abrashev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lyuben Maymarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircho Púrlev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Leeds U.'s Bocho Buhlev broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Svetozar Sechenski's late challenge caught a Leeds U.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Svetozar Sechenski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Kounino getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Svetozar Sechenski hit a great ball. FC Kounino's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
