With a little luck, CSKA Balukliy's Radoslav Donkovski got control of the ball when Stoyo Kyuchukov tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Lilko Lulchev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radko Shebov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svetlan Matrov's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 14 minutes of play, CSKA Balukliy's Lilko Lulchev made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radko Shebov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gergin Maslev hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The supporters of CSKA Yagodinovo booed when CSKA Balukliy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tzvetelin Krústenyakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, CSKA Yagodinovo's goal looked a bit too open when Svetlan Matrov came free, but Radko Shebov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanko Vlahov charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stanko Vlahov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Stanko Vlahov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Radko Shebov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svetlan Matrov, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 32nd minute, Svetlan Matrov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lilko Lulchev came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the CSKA Balukliy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lilko Lulchev couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Svetlan Matrov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radko Shebov was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 37th minute Svetlan Matrov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radko Shebov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Svetlan Matrov managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Balukliy's supporters rose to their feet, but Svetlan Matrov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radko Shebov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half CSKA Balukliy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nenko Sirkarov made a kick off. Huben Atzev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Radko Shebov made a huge save. Stoyo Kyuchukov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Radko Shebov managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when CSKA Balukliy's Svetlan Matrov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gergin Maslev was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Svetlan Matrov came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Radko Shebov could save by the left post. In the 64th match minute, CSKA Balukliy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzvetelin Krústenyakov to maneuver through the defense. After 78 minutes, Huben Atzev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA Balukliy and the CSKA Yagodinovo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Radoslav Donkovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lilko Lulchev in the 83rd minute of play forced CSKA Yagodinovo's goalkeeper Radko Shebov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Svetlan Matrov managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Balukliy's supporters rose to their feet, but Svetlan Matrov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radko Shebov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gergin Maslev in the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CSKA Yagodinovo's Tzvetoslav Gúrdev got a free kick in the 90th minute. Radko Shebov stood somewhat misplaced when Lilko Lulchev came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 93 minute. CSKA Balukliy played a much better game than CSKA Yagodinovo and deserved their victory. The CSKA Yagodinovo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
