In the 16th minute, Dragomir Yakimov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nedko Benkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simeon Kabakov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. When Hristofor Chervenov fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC VASILEND's protests and gave Hristofor Chervenov a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC VASILEND's Hristofor Chervenov got a free kick in the 19th minute. Slaveyko Lyubomirov hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Nedko Benkov in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Nedko Benkov hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Slaveyko Lyubomirovs short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Vitan Dzhurov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC VASILEND's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
