The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kostadin Gyudurov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roberto Joseph's late challenge caught a FC VASILEND's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Joseph helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Everton F.C. getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Roberto Joseph hit a great ball. Hristofor Chervenov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Rolf Andberg made a huge save. After 11 minutes, Kamen Ambarev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Everton F.C. and the FC VASILEND players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Kamen Ambarev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Denimir Maykov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 13 played minutes Everton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kamen Ambarev. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostadin Gyudurov got free with Rolf Andberg in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Denimir Maykov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rolf Andberg. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. After 18 minutes, Kostadin Gyudurov made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Everton F.C.'s Rolf Andberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Hristofor Chervenov took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Rolf Andberg to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Castillo in the 27th minute of play forced FC VASILEND's goalkeeper Vitan Dzhurov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC VASILEND's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ignacy Czempa was slow to take the kick. During this time Everton F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Everton F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ignacy Czempa in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Denimir Maykov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rolf Andberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, Everton F.C.'s goalkeeper Rolf Andberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kostadin Gyudurov. If Denimir Maykov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Denimir Maykov got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hugo Castillo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Rolf Andberg made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Kostadin Gyudurov sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Denimir Maykov notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Everton F.C.'s Rolf Andberg. Rolf Andberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kostadin Gyudurov made a kick off. Denimir Maykov struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Rolf Andberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC VASILEND. The audience was convinced that Kostadin Gyudurov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolf Andberg was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Denimir Maykov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolf Andberg having to make a save. In the 63rd minute, Denimir Maykov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolf Andberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Denimir Maykov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute Kostadin Gyudurov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Andberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Hristofor Chervenov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC VASILEND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hristofor Chervenov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Roberto Joseph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 minutes of play, FC VASILEND's Kostadin Gyudurov made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolf Andberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Kostadin Gyudurov put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rolf Andberg. Rolf Andberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denimir Maykov in the 94th minute of the match. FC VASILEND's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
