Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alek Gúbev made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Stanyo Zvúncharov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iurie Muntean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Lulcho Hantov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grozdan Gúlov was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Gospodin Krosnev kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Iurie Muntean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grozdan Gúlov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grozdan Gúlov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lulcho Hantov in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Lulcho Hantov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DXC Technology's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lulcho Hantov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 14 minutes of play CSKA Stokite's Toshko Dashov was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 15th minute, Toshko Dashov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimo Santov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lulcho Hantov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grozdan Gúlov having to interfere. After some careless play in the CSKA Stokite defense, Dimo Santov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grozdan Gúlov. The CSKA Stokite fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grozdan Gúlov should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the game, Bratan Bukov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Stokite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DXC Technology the free kick. In the 28th match minute, CSKA Stokite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bratan Bukov to maneuver through the defense. Lulcho Hantov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lulcho Hantov to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Lulcho Hantov managed to get in a good position for a shot. DXC Technology's supporters rose to their feet, but Lulcho Hantov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grozdan Gúlov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 51st minute, Antoni Pisanov had to leave the field with a concussion. Zack Beavan charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zack Beavan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, DXC Technology's Lulcho Hantov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Lulcho Hantov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Grozdan Gúlov having to make a save. Grozdan Gúlov was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Lulcho Hantov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lulcho Hantov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. When Lulcho Hantov came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the DXC Technology fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lulcho Hantov couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, CSKA Stokite's goalkeeper Grozdan Gúlov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lulcho Hantov. When Dimo Santov came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the DXC Technology fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimo Santov couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lulcho Hantov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Grozdan Gúlov. That made the score 1-6 in the 75 minute of play. If Lulcho Hantov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in CSKA Stokite's zone, Lulcho Hantov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grozdan Gúlov came out of the goal and Lulcho Hantov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the game, DXC Technology's Lulcho Hantov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. DXC Technology's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
