Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lachezar Bratinov took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute Rosen Tzalev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grozdan Gúlov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, FC Morski Varna's goalkeeper Walery Czeberowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antoni Pisanov. Grozdan Gúlov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosen Tzalev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Morski Varna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Alek Gúbev scored to the left of an out of position Walery Czeberowski, making the score, 1-0. In the 17th minute Rosen Tzalev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grozdan Gúlov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Morski Varna's Walery Czeberowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhan Bozhanski in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CSKA Stokite's Zhan Bozhanski got a free kick in the 20th minute. Lachezar Bratinov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Grozdan Gúlov having to make a save. After 27 minutes of play, FC Morski Varna's Rosen Tzalev made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Grozdan Gúlov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Grozdan Gúlov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lachezar Bratinov, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The supporters of FC Morski Varna booed when CSKA Stokite was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toshko Dashov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosen Tzalev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Morski Varna's Walery Czeberowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alek Gúbev in the 36th minute of play. Walery Czeberowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antoni Pisanov in the 42nd minute. Toshko Dashov charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toshko Dashov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CSKA Stokite's Toshko Dashov got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute Mircho Kiskinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grozdan Gúlov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Lachezar Bratinov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grozdan Gúlov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half FC Morski Varna were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alek Gúbev was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Antoni Pisanov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Stokite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Morski Varna the free kick. Antoni Pisanov kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match, Mircho Kiskinov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grozdan Gúlov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zheko Tuhchiev's late challenge caught a FC Morski Varna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zheko Tuhchiev helped the player get up and apologised. CSKA Stokite's Alek Gúbev got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grozdan Gúlov made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Rosen Tzalev sent off a good shot on target. FC Morski Varna's Lachezar Bratinov got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Toshko Dashov kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 69 minutes of play, CSKA Stokite's Antoni Pisanov made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walery Czeberowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Morski Varna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walery Czeberowski should have stopped the shot. CSKA Stokite's Grozdan Gúlov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mircho Kiskinov in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, FC Morski Varna's Lachezar Bratinov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Grozdan Gúlov. Grozdan Gúlov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. Rosen Tzalev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grozdan Gúlov made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Lachezar Bratinov sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Radkovski charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Radkovski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match was over FC Morski Varna could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CSKA Stokite throughout the match.
