In the 9th minute, Slavi Gaydarski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Etxatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidyo Variyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Presiyan Sofiyanski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Tervel Keremidchiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Bogdan Paraskevov charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bogdan Paraskevov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC GRANIT booed when PFC Levski BG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Paraskevov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yoto Dzherekarov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC GRANIT's zone, Yuri Chushev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germain Tissandier came out of the goal and Yuri Chushev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Yuri Chushev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The PFC Levski BG players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC GRANIT were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Jan Jaks made the kick off in the second half. Rolando Etxatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haralampi Maystorov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Haralampi Maystorov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Etxatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasko Krústanov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Germain Tissandier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Bogdan Paraskevov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 minutes, Yoncho Bradistilov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PFC Levski BG and the FC GRANIT players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PFC Levski BG getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Yoncho Bradistilov hit a great ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Vidyo Variyski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC GRANIT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vidyo Variyski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 75 played minutes PFC Levski BG got a freekick which was hit by Presiyan Sofiyanski. If Vidyo Variyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC GRANIT's Germain Tissandier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Jaks in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Haralampi Maystorov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as FC GRANIT's Haralampi Maystorov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Etxatxu. That made the score 0-2 after 93 minutes of play. Rolando Etxatxu was out of position in the 99 minute of play, and Vidyo Variyski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vidyo Variyski really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. FC GRANIT's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
