Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pantaley Musakov started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Parvan Tzolov in the 4th minute of play forced FC Ботев's goalkeeper Yanaki Gorbanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benislav Ralchovski hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Yanaki Gorbanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Parvan Tzolov in the 6th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, CSKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panayot Siderov to maneuver through the defense. After 7 minutes, Anani Didov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CSKA and the FC Ботев players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panayot Siderov's late challenge caught a FC Ботев's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Panayot Siderov helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Panayot Siderov. In the 14th minute, Tenyo Lozanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Ботев defense, Gospodin Vidinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yanaki Gorbanov. The FC Ботев fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yanaki Gorbanov should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, FC Ботев's goal looked a bit too open when Gospodin Vidinski came free, but Yanaki Gorbanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gospodin Vidinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yanaki Gorbanov was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Panayot Siderov made a precise shot to the right of Yanaki Gorbanov. FC Ботев's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 24 minutes of play, CSKA's Gospodin Vidinski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yanaki Gorbanov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Ботев's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gospodin Vidinski was slow to take the kick. During this time CSKA's players had a chance to rest. Yanaki Gorbanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gospodin Vidinski in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gospodin Vidinski in the 39th minute of play forced FC Ботев's goalkeeper Yanaki Gorbanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yanaki Gorbanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gospodin Vidinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Yanaki Gorbanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gospodin Vidinski in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gospodin Vidinski in the 44th minute of play forced FC Ботев's goalkeeper Yanaki Gorbanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Panayot Siderov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yanaki Gorbanov. FC Ботев's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panayot Siderov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After the first half CSKA were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gospodin Vidinski to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Tzonko Penkov notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of FC Ботев's Yanaki Gorbanov. Yanaki Gorbanov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yanaki Gorbanov made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Panayot Siderov sent off a good shot on target. Gospodin Vidinski took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yanaki Gorbanov. Yanaki Gorbanov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Yanaki Gorbanov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tzonko Penkov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 65 minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, CSKA's Tzonko Penkov made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yanaki Gorbanov was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Ботев's Yanaki Gorbanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC Ботев from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Tzonko Penkov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yanaki Gorbanov. That made the score 0-11 in the 76 minute of play. With a little luck, FC Ботев's Yanaki Gorbanov got control of the ball when Gospodin Vidinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Panayot Siderov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Yanaki Gorbanov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gospodin Vidinski in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, FC Ботев's goalkeeper Yanaki Gorbanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tzonko Penkov. With his leg Yanaki Gorbanov managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when CSKA's Gospodin Vidinski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Yanaki Gorbanov came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by CSKA's Tzonko Penkov. But to his dismay, Tzonko Penkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. CSKA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
